INSTALLATION TIPS: always install a ball valve on the discharge side of the pump; installing it on the suction side could damage the pump
EASY TO USE: low torque, easy 1/4-turn operation; turn the handle in the direction indicated until the desire flow rate is reached; C indicates close; O indicates open
NOTE: basic plumbing knowledge is needed to install this ball valve to PVC piping; this product does not come with an instruction sheet
The Little Giant BV-112S 1.5-inch slip x 1.5-inch slip Schedule 40 PVC ball valve is designed for use in fountains, ponds, hydroponic systems, irrigation systems and other applications to reduce the flow rate of water from a pump to get the desired look or water output. Always install a ball valve on the discharge side of the pump; installing the valve on the suction side of the pump could damage the pump. This ball valve has TPV seats and EPDM O-ring seals and has no internal parts to replace.
