DESIGNED FOR LITTLE GIANT CONDENSATE REMOVAL PUMPS: This check valve works only with Little Giant's VCL-14/24, VCMA and VCC Series condensate pumps to keep condensate from draining back to the system
FITTINGS: Designed to work with pumps with a 1/4-inch FNPT pipe fitting and 3/8-inch vinyl tubing; the check valve is 1/4-inch MNPT on one end and .430-inch barbed on the other end
USE: This check valve keeps the water from flowing back to the pump and prevents the pump from rapid cycling, extending the life of the pump
MATERIAL: check valve body and seat is made of acetal, O-ring is made of nitrile, ball is made of Buna-N
DIMENSIONS: the CV-10 check valve is 1.72 inches long by 0.72 inches in diameter

Little Giant CV-10 Check Valve is a replacement check valve for the following Little Giant Series Condensate Pumps – VCC, VCMA, VCL-14 and VCL-24. The CV-10 has is 1/4-inch MNPT x 3/8-inch Barbed. The part number is 599065. Check valves prevent water from backing into the pump causing the pump to fast cycle (turn on/off quickly) which can shorten the lifespan of the motor.
